- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 13, 2021; The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 21-45: 'AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF LOTS 1, 2, 21 AND 22, A PORTION OF RUSHFORD COURT, THE VACATION OF LOTS 3-8, 26-35 AND TIMBER OAKS LANE OF THE HUNTER COVE SUBDIVISION PHASE 1. THE PLAT ALSO AMENDS PARCELS B and C OF THE HUNTER COVE PHASE 2 AMENDED SUBDIVISION.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
