HUNTSVILLE TOWN NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION and REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL July 15th, 2021 on Zoom with an anchor location at Town Hall. Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council will hold a closed session at 7309 East and 200 South at 6:45 p.m. to discuss the sale of property at 7309 East 200 South (Town Hall). The Huntsville Town Council will hold its Regular Council Meeting on Zoom and at Town Hall, 7309 East and 200 South at 7:15 p.m. The meeting will be Live Streamed via our YouTube Channel. Both YouTube and Zoom links can be found at www.huntsvilletown.com. AGENDA: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Truett 2. Motion to Close the Regular Meeting and open the Closed Session on the Sale of Town Property. 3. Motion to Close the Closed Session and Open the Regular Meeting. 4. Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation 5. Opening Ceremony - by invitation 6. Public Comments: Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. 7. Sheriff's Report - 8. Presentation - Major Brent Taylor Foundation regarding the 911 commemoration at the Weber Fairgrounds on September 11th. ACTION ITEMS: 9. Discussion and/or action on approval of the minutes for TC Meeting, June 3, 2021. 10. Discussion and/or action on approval of the minutes for TC Meeting, June 17, 2021. 11. Discussion and/or action on Resolution 2021-6-17: Resolution to adopt contract to exchange source capacity to Town for water connections for Abbey Farm. 12. Discussion on Dark Sky Initiative. 13. Discussion and or action on Ordinance 2021-2-25 on adding Recreational Facilities to overall coverage on a lot. 14. Discussion on Technical scholarship available for Huntsville/Valley resident. Huntsville Town Council decision and process to decide on recipient. 15. Discussion on update of Annexation Process for Sage Development. 16. COUNCIL MEMBER UPDATES/PRESENTATIONS: CLOSING ITEMS: 1.
