- Report on Recreation programs and events including plans for Summer/Fall (Chad Wright)
a. Events: Summer Movies in the Park, Fall Scarecrow Fun Run
b. Summer and Fall programs for youth and adults.
- Update on Parks including Anhder Park sidewalk. (Rod Elwood)

5. Discussion and Consideration of recommendations for City council and or Planning and Zoning based on the USU wellbeing survey data, and interest in having Professor Courtney Flint present to this committee her insights on the data. (Stacy Wright and President or Acting President)
6. Discussion and Consideration of recommendations regarding the cities approach to addressing indoor recreation space including an update on an approved recreation feasibility study. (President or Acting President)
7. Discussion and Consideration of recommendations to share with a steering committee regarding amenities, priority, and phases of Ridgeline Park.
8. Discussion and Consideration of committee member nominations for two members and an alternate to represent the committee on a Ridgeline Park design steering committee. (President or Acting President)
9. Committee member reports of community/public official interaction regarding Parks and Recreation and or other reports. (President or Acting President)

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting or shall be available through chat (only during the public comment period) starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet or chat cue. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
