- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH July 14, 2021; 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 14TH Day of July 2021, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 05-12-2021 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Memorial Day Program Review B. New CIMS Cloud for Residents C. Pioneer Cemetery Projects D. New Budget Year Planning for Park Cemetery E. New Board Member Recommendations 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS 6.
