Wednesday, July 14, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chamber at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. June 30, 2021 2. Preliminary Plat A. JOHNSON SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves the Preliminary Plat of a Master Planned Development including fifty-three residential lots located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East. 3. Minor Subdivision A. SPANISH FORK MARKETPLACE NUMBER 3 PLAT A. The proposal involves the platting of a Minor Subdivision with two commercial lots at 187 East 1000 North. 4. Minor Plat Amendment A. RIVER POINT PLAT F. The proposal requests amending two lots in a recorded Final Plat at 1342 West River Ridge Lane. 5. Zone Change A. SLIM CHICKENS. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-1-6 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay for property located at 990 North 400 East. 6. Site Plan A. SLIM CHICKENS. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 990 North 400 East. B. CAPITOL PROPERTIES PHASE 2. The proposal involves development of an industrial site located at 1950 North Canyon Creek Parkway. C. 300 WEST WATERLINE. The proposal involves utilities located in the vicinity of 300 West 1000 North. 7. Concept Review A. SPANISH FORK MOB. The concept involves a proposed medical office building located in the vicinity of Market Place Drive and Commerce Way. 8. Adjourn
