Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TOQUERVILLE SECONDARY WATER SYSTEM BOARD OF DIRECTORS WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Toquerville Secondary Water System, Washington County, Utah will meet in session at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Toquerville City Offices, Toquerville, Utah. The agenda for the meeting includes the following: 1. Discussion and consideration for approval on changing Annual Assessments. a. Current Annual Assessment: i. $130 under a 1/2 acre ii. $190 equal to a 1/2 acre and up to 1 acre iii. $60 per Agriculture Acre b. Proposed Annual Assessment: i. $150 under a 1/2 acre ii. $210 equal to a 1/2 acre and up to 1 acre iii. $65 per Agriculture Acre Dated this 12th day of July 2021.
