Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: Final Plan approval for Shiny Shell Car Wash located at 10002 North 4800 West in the SC-1 Commercial Zone Amendments to City Code Title 10-6a related to landscaping in the Commercial Zone Before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhills.org or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. /s/ Colleen A.
