Consideration of Final subdivision approval for Willow Point Phase 3, a 110-unit residential development located at 2100 North 4100 West. Petitioner: Edge Homes 9. Consideration of Concept approval for the 2100 North Subdivision, a 65-lot residential development located at approximately 2100 North 2300 West. (This item was tabled at the June 29th meeting) Petitioner: X Development 10. Consideration of Resolution #2021-43, appointing a new member representative to the North Pointe Solid Waste Special Services District. Petitioner: Edge Homes 11.
