- The following is the wording on the ballot for the Primary Election. (A copy of the sample ballot is attached to this notice) OFFICIAL MUNICIPAL PRIMARY BALLOT CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Tuesday, August 10, 2021 INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTERS: To vote for the candidate of your choice, fill in the oval next to the candidate's name. Use a black or blue ballpoint pen. If you tear, deface, or wrongly mark this ballot, contact the Utah County Clerk's office. Completely fill in the oval .
