- Welcome Opening Ceremony: Pledge of Allegiance, Invocation Roll Call Date of Next Meeting: August 11, 2021 Approve Minutes of June 9, 2021 Deputy Report Public Comments Kaylyn Misrasi Subdivision: Preliminary Application- discussion on road requirement, garage, etc. Review Proposed Amendment to Sewer Ordinance Number 2020-08-07 requiring those connecting to the city sewer system to be in the city limits & correct clerical errors. Drainage Swale Standard, deposit, curbing, etc. Impact Fees update: need growth related projects for park, roads, sewer & cost estimates Review and possibly approve the Animal Control Service Agreement Fraud Risk Assessment Review and possibly approve Cash Receipting and Deposit Policy Review and possibly approve Ethical Behavior Pledge Form Review and possibly approve IT and Computer Security Policy Review and possibly approve Reporting Fraud or Abuse Policy National Day of Service held on Sept 18 in Box Elder County: projects needed Review and Approve Bills Complaints and Actions taken Departments Adjournment Future Agenda Items: Proposed Field Drain Ordinance Sanitary Sewer Management Plan The City Council may vote to go into closed session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
