NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING Zoom Meeting Information Meeting ID: 897 1707 6907 Phone: (346) 248-7799 The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Millhaven Development is requesting approval of a 1-lot subdivision known as The Chase Subdivision located at approximately 6481 W 10250 N. - Patterson Development is requesting approval of a conditional use permit and site plan approval for a building located at approximately 11235 N Highland Blvd. - Highland City Staff is requesting approval to amend several sections of the Development Code relating to bonding and guarantee of performance for site improvements.
