PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - June 22, 2021.
PUBLIC HEARING - (Legislative)
1. Living Health, LLC - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Amy Oliver, represented by the property owners Ken and Eve Winkfield, is requesting a conditional use permit for a high impact home occupation. The property is located at approximately 3184 East Maxine Drive.
2. Burton Lumber - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Mark Burton, is proposing to place a 6,000-gallon diesel fuel tank directly north of an existing covered storage area along the east property boundary. The property is located at approximately 1570 West Gordon Avenue.
