Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, July 8, 2021 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The public can view the meeting online via YouTube: youtube.com/channel/UCAr2VUIDJHA1TDImLue0aDw/live. WORK MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 6:30 PM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 7:00 PM THE AGENDA SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. OPENING: A. Pledge of Allegiance and Reverence 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 3. CITY BUSINESS: A. Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for a Detacted Living Structure/Pool House 800 sq.ft. located at 4414 South 5225 West for Kari Lane. B. Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for a Modular Home on a foundation located at 4790 South 5500 West for Thain Anderson. C. Public Hearing Rezone for Heritage Land Development for approximately 112 acres at 3500 South 5100 West from R-1 to R-2 zoning district. 4. CALL FOR CITIZENS COMMENTS: Limited to (3) minutes per speaker. 5.
