- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 6, 2021; The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 21-39: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM COMMUNITY USE TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (7 TO 12 UNITS/ACRE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7147 W PARKWAY BLVD. ON 6.72 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
