- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on June 22, 2021; The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 21-36: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM COMMERCIAL/LIGHT MANUFACTURING TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (12 TO 20 UNITS/ACRE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2892 S DECKER LAKE DR. ON 16.05 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
