NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Work Meeting along with its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business/Work Meeting 1) 6:00 p.m. Budget discussion of proposed 2011-2012 Budget – Gary Keddington 2) Proposed Approval- Resolution 2011-1, Amending Resolution 2005-1, Park Pavilion Rental Fees 3) Proposed Approval - Part-time Seasonal Employees 4) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday April 20, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions 5) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 6) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 7) Closed Session 8) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
