NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall through zoom, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm. 1) Proposed Approval to Appoint Full Time City Treasurer Position with consent of Council - Mayor Lori Nay 2) Mayor's Proclamation, Update regarding waste with proposed approval regarding possible fines for non-compliance - Mayor Lori Nay 3) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms. Certificate of Posting: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice & agenda was posted in Gunnison at City Hall and on the Public Notice Website, was emailed to the Gunnison Valley Gazette and the Sanpete Messenger in Manti, UT and delivered personally or electronically to the Mayor and City Council Members on this 6th day of July, 2021.
