- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SALE OF CITY PROPERTY AND LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 553 SOUTH ISLAND VIEW DRIVE Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 20, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at 250 N. Main St., regarding a Sale of City Property and Lot Line Adjustment at 553 South Island View Drive.
