Notice is hereby given that Moroni City Planning & Zoning Commissioners will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 S. 200 W., Moroni, Utah, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome - Roll call. 2. Jacob Michie - Proposed lot split 3. Scott Evans - Proposed single-family home in buffer zone/3990 East 17300 North 4. Dennis Nesbit 188 West 100 South - proposed fence 5. Kolby Henrie 480 North 300 East - proposed fence 6. Fernando Cervantes - Conditional Use Permit 7. Approval of Minutes: June 1, 2021 8. Report of Commissioners and staff 9. Adjourn NOTE: - No decisions may be made during this meeting if the item is not specifically on the agenda.
