- NEWTON TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On the 15th day of July, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. the Newton Town Council will hold a meeting at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center Newton, Utah, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the issue of CCCOG 2021, 200 North 200 East intersection project. The proposed project would seek funding from Cache County Council of Governments to rebuild the intersection. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
