PUBLIC NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request to consider a general plan amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial (COM) on approximately 8.83 acres generally located at the south east corner of 900 South Street and River Road (Please see map on back). The applicant is Blue Mountain Holdings. 2021-GPA-009. A request to change the zone from R-2 (Multiple-Family) to RE-20 (Residential Estate, Single-Family, 20,000 sq ft minimum lot size) and OS (Open Space) on approximately 17.46 acres located south-east of the intersection of Riverside Dr. and Foremaster Dr. The applicant is Bright Ideas REI/Todd Smith and the representative is Adam Allen. The project will be known as Knetta's Knoll. Case No. 2021-ZC-042 A request to change the zoning from R-1-10 (Residential Single-Family, 10,000 sq ft minimum lot size) to M-1 (Manufacturing) on approximately 12.33 acres located at approximately Enterprise Dr and Commerce Dr, the representative is Austin Atkin. The project will be known as Fort Pierce Phase 8. Case No. 2021-ZC-046. The change to the zone is to match the proposed property to the existing zoning of the surrounding properties.
