Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 20 July 2021, 6:00 p.m., at the Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and electronically using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following item: Rising Ranch Subdivision / Transient Rentals Conditional Use Permit - Discuss and possibly grant a conditional use permit for transient rentals in the Rising Ranch Subdivision located at 425 North Homestead Drive (Zoning is R-1-22). Information regarding the above item may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes the Friday before the meeting.
