The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 15th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Francis City Community Center (2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd). The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a
zone map amendment for parcels FT-28 and FT-28-A-1, located near the intersection of SR 32 and
Lambert Lane. The property is currently zoned approximately 4.31 ac C-1 (commercial) and 2.30 ac AG-1
(agricultural). The applicant is asking that both parcels be zoned all C-1. The public is welcome to attend
in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted by email to
comments@francisutah.org prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. The public may view the
