NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing regarding the zoning of Parcels: 02-089-0019, 02-090-0002, 02-090-0005,02-090-0008, 02-090-0009, 02-090-0010, 03-002-0003, and 03-002-0004 located adjacent to the southwest boundary of the city in the area of 1700 S and 500 S SR165. Petition/zone request is for Commercial General with the possibility of certain sections to be zoned as Commercial Highway. Parcels are currently in the process of being annexed. DATE: JULY 14th TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 165 N. Gateway Dr. Providence UT. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
