PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 5:00 PM to consider the following requests: A. Consider a subdivision amendment for The Vistas at Entrada Phase 3 Partial Amendment A (Lots 20 & 21) by merging the two lots together into one lot and to vacate the public utility easement located on the common lot line evidenced by Document Number 20180032977, Washington County Recorder's Office. Interested persons are encouraged to present their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting for this public hearing, held in the Council Chambers - City Hall at 175 East and 200 North. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St. George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
