NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
A request to amend Title 17.46 regarding accessory apartments and to modify regulations for consistency with Utah State Code provisions approved under H.B. 82. Applicant is Lindon City.
A request to amend the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan Map. The current master plan map identifies a future local road, 280 W., connecting 400 S. to 200 S. The applicant, Joe Martel, is seeking to amend the master plan so 280 terminates into two cul-de-sacs and does not connect from 200 S. to 400 S.
The planning commission encourages the public take appropriate Covid-19 precautions. The All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org.
