- Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda July 7, 2021 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of July 7, 2021 Agenda - Review and Adoption June 2, 2021 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since June 2, 2021 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3. Big Fish Review 4. 2021-2022 SCAC Season Orchestra: First Choice Dates are Oct 25, 2021; Christmas Concert Dec 13, 2021; February 28, 2022; and April 18, 2022 with a guest artist in the February or April Concert Jazz Band: Choir: Jr. Theatre: Matilda Jr. Nov., Jr. Theatre Camp, Possible Day Camp's, Possible Audition Workshop, 2023 Fall/Winter Production, Theatre: 2022 Spring/Summer Production Gala: February 2022 Library Co-Sponsored Events: Reader's Theatre 5.
