Wednesday, June 30, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chamber at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. June 23, 2021 2. Preliminary Plat A. SWIFT CREEK. The proposal involves a preliminary plat of a master planned development including eighty-three residential lots located at approximately 3100 East 950 South. 3. Conditional Use Permit A. 1150 EAST 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves adding equipment on an existing tower located at 617 South 1150 East. 4. Final Plat A. PARK ESTATES B. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 15 single-family homes located at 2800 East 360 South. B. PARK ESTATES C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 11 single-family homes located at 2730 East 360 South. C. SPANISH SPRINGS PHASE 2. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with one industrial lot located at 3200 North 200 East. 5. Site Plan A. SPANISH SPRINGS LOT 2. The proposal involves the industrial development of Lot 2 of Phase 1 within the industrial business park located at 2949 North 200 East. B. SPANISH SPRINGS LOT 3. The proposal involves the industrial development of Lot 3 of Phase 1 within the industrial business park located at 3052 North 200 East. C. OKELBERRY TRUCKING PHASE 3 AMENDED. The proposal involves development of an industrial site located at 1900 North 200 East. D. CAPITOL PROPERTIES. The proposal involves development of an industrial site located at 1950 North Canyon Creek Parkway. 6. Minor Plat Amendment A. RIVER POINT PLAT F. The proposal requests amending two lots in a recorded Final Plat at 1342 West River Ridge Lane. 7. Concept Review A. AUTUMN MEADOWS. The concept involves a proposed residential subdivision located near 1412 South Mill Road. 8. General Plan Amendment A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The proposal involves various revisions to the Transportation Master Plan. 9. Adjourn
