- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Discussion with Possible Approval of Home Occupation Permit - Libiann Tangreen 3) Discussion with Possible Approval of P-1 Use Application for Shed on 215 E. Rock Creek Circle - John Mogle 4) Discussion with Possible Approval for change in Occupancy Permit Checklist before final Building Permits Issued - Councilmember Rod Taylor 5) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2021-9 Gunnison City Lease Purchase Agreement - Japheth McGee, Zions Bank Corp 6) Discussion on setting schedule to meet quarterly with Gunnison Recreation Committee - Councilmember Shawn Crane 7) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday, May 5, 2021 and Wednesday, June 2, 2021 8) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 9) Other Business 10) Adjourn 11) Work Meeting with Ensign Engineering to discuss upcoming CIB Road Project 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
