(20 minutes) 4) Economic Development sub-committee report: Ron Hales. Plan moving forward. (20 minutes) 5) CED Board Business: (10 minutes) Followup a) Traditional BEAR visits- scheduling, recommended visits: Andrew - Shirts to a T - 1-800 Powersports - Morgan Liquor store - Mauricio Melendez - Carolyn's Cruise and Travel - Mountain Green Gym - Morgan Valley Crafts - Grounds for Coffee - A couple of new businesses that will later be disclosed. 6) State grant. Status -John and James (20 minutes) A) Project for Plan B funding. (Anissa) 7) James and Anissa update: (15 minutes) 8) Detailed report from the Chamber of what goals are for coming year and what is planned. 9) Economic Outlook and Current Opportunities Update: a) Chamber of Commerce - 4th preparations (2 minutes) b) School District (2 minutes) c) Morgan City (2 minutes) d) State Parks (2 minutes) e) Workforce Services (2 minutes) f) Business Resource Center (2 minutes) g) Wasatch Front Regional/ Morgan County (2 minutes) 10) CED Board Meeting dates going forward. Follow up: Update on Young Automotive land swap. Yellowstone Club/Mtn Green Town Center Next Meeting Date - TBD 8am
