NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments and make possible recommendation to the City Council on a city-initiated zoning text amendment to Chapter 19.89 - 'Short Term Rentals.' The purpose of the proposed amendment is to clarify the enforcement procedures of the short term rental ordinance and make other technical changes.
The hearing will be held in person at Cottonwood Heights City Hall, 2277 East Bengal Blvd., on July 7, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Inquiries should be directed to Mike Johnson, Community & Economic Development Director, at 801-944-7060 or at mjohnson@ch.utah.gov.

Planning Commission Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Commission Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Commission Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Commission Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
