Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 7th at 6:00 p.m. Conditional Use Permit involving updating equipment on an existing cell tower at 617 South 1150 East. Conditional Use Permit involving updating equipment on an existing cell tower at 251 West 500 South. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 7th and Tuesday, July 13th, at 6:00 p.m. Proposed Text Amendments to Title 15, the City's Zoning Code. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
