Notice of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2021; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on the Wilcox Farms Subdivision Development Agreement for the proposed 101-lot single-family subdivision in the R-3 (Residential) Zone involving the subject properties. Location: 1455, 1525, 1527, 1543, 1550 South 1000 West & 942, 922 West 1600 South (TIN's: 12-065-0005, 12-065-0086, 12-065-0091, 12-065-0096, 12-065-0104, 12-065-0186, 12-391-0011, 12-391-0012, 12-391-0022, & 12-391-0023). Parcel Area: 12.193 Acres. Zone: R-3 (Residential) with development agreement. Planner: Brad McIlrath.
All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
