The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision. PC 21-035 Homestead Changes [Design Review & Subdivision Permit] Bracken Atkinson/200 N. Land Holdings LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a 4-lot subdivision and changes in the previously approved phase 3 & 4 of the mixed use Homestead project located at 695 West 200 North in the Mixed Use (MU) zone; TIN 05-062-0031.
