AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION JULY 7, 2021 *AMENDED - REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on July 7, 2021, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment for property at 860 East 930 South, from the PI-1 Planned Industrial to the PC Planned Community zone 3. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment for property at 375 South 570 West from the RA-1 Residential Agricultural to the RA-5 Residential Agricultural zone 4. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Maverik, located at 500 East Auto Mall Drive in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 5. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Roderick Enterprises, located in the area of 1500 South 400 East in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 6. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Sections 17.4.608.B and E of the American Fork City Development Code regarding requirements for mixed use development 7. Hearing, review and action on an amended final plat for Dixie Farms Plat F-1 located at approximately 900 South 900 West in the PR 3.0 Planned Residential zone *8. Review and action on a site plan for Lake City Flats located at approximately 95 N. Barratt Avenue in the CC-1 zone. 9. Discussion on amendments to the CC-1 zone related to architectural elements 10.
