- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Whatcott Subdivision Plat A Preliminary Plan and Final Plat: Request by Trace and Brooke Whatcott for a three-lot subdivision on Utah County Parcel 08:047:0030 located at 479 East 300 North. - Amendments to Title 19 (including Appendix A), Title 20, and the Development Guidelines of Payson City Code. - Request for approval of amendments to the Transportation Master Plan. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
