Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that draper city will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on JULY 8, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by DRAPER CITY. For a TEXT AMENDMENT, known as the CITY INITIATED 2021 BULK TEXT AMENDMENTS #1, for the purpose of AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF DRAPER CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TITLES 9 AND 17 IN ORDER TO AMEND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO DEFINITIONS, PERMITTED USE REVIEWS, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS, SITE PLAN REVIEWS, LANDSCAPING, ADDRESSING, APPEALS, LAND USE BUFFERS, PARKING, LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS, SWIMMING POOLS, DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, HOME OCCUPATIONS, AND OTHER TYPOGRAPHICAL AND DE MINIMIS CORRECTIONS.
