- HOOPER CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hooper City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 5580 West 4600 South, to consider: The rezone of approximately 112 acres of property located at 3500 South and 5100 West from the R-1 (Low density residential) to the R-2 (Medium density residential) zoning district. The zone change would allow for the property to be subdivided into 20,000 Sq ft residential lots. Conditional Use Permit for a Detached Pool/Guest House of 800 sq feet located at 4414 South 5225 West for Kari and Travis Lane. Conditional Use Permit for a modular home mounted on a foundation located at 4790 South 5500 West for Thain Anderson. Final Plat Approval for the Miles (4 lot) Subdivision located at 6300 West 4600 South in the R-2 (Medium density residential) zoning district for Brandt Miles. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing Public Hearing notice on the municipality's official website by June 23, 2021.
