NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Thursday, June 24, 2021, electronically. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Resolution 2021-08 - A Resolution Setting the Proposed Receipts and Expenditures for Wellington City, Utah for Fiscal Year July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, for All Funds 4. Resolution 2021-10 - A Resolution Setting the Year 2021 Property Tax Levy 5. Wellington Justice Court - Request to City Council to Enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Carbon County to Move All Citations and Court Cases to the Carbon County Justice Court. 6. CDBG 2020 Grant - Culinary Master Meters Project Grant Bid Award to BODEC 7. Willson Auto Salvage LLC - Business License Transfer at 348 S 100 E Zoned R-1-10. 8.
