RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 8 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Ryan McDougal is requesting a conditional use permit for a private lane for property located at 13040 South Redwood Road. - Joanna Williams representing Blooming Minds Preschool is requesting a conditional use permit and amended site plan approval for a preschool in a commercial zone for property located at 3443 Wet 12600 South. - Lacey Broadhead is requesting approval of a 2-lot residential subdivision for property located at 1595 West Melba Lane. - Brad Knoles representing Rocky Mountain Power is requesting approval of a site plan for a substation to be located on property at 4515 West 12600 South. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
