- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on THURSDAY, June 24, 2021, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Robert Trepanier, Review of Concept Plans for New Business. b. Small House Requirements. c. Modifying zoning for portions of town/Cottage Home Ordinance. d. Stormwater. e. Review of Impact Fees. f.
