- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2021, 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map for the property located at approximately 645 East 200 North, Richfield, Utah. It is proposed to change the zone from CS (Commercial Shopping) to RM-11 (multi-family residential). Published in the Richfield Reaper June 23 and June 30, 2021.
