- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 22nd day of June, 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the following: - Fiscal Year 2021 Amended Budget - Fiscal Year 2022 Proposed Budget 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held June 1, 2021 3. New Business - Mike Balls - Shed Variance Request - Ordinance 21-06 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2021 Amended Budget' 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - LUDMA - Youth Council - Pony Express Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Water Restrictions and Enforcement - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch - National Night Out Against Crime Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - July 20, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
