Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 21-07 AND 21-08 Notice is hereby given that on June 17, 2021, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 21-07 and 21-08. Ordinance 21-07 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 29.27, Sign Regulations, to allow medical cannabis pharmacy sign standards to be regulated like retail businesses within the same zoning district. Ordinance 21-08 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 29.17, Tannevista Planned District, to reduce the required accessory building side and rear yard setbacks.
