Description/Agenda: Notice of Passage: Resolutions 2021-06 and 2021-07 New Culinary Water Rates and Meter Connection Fees. On June 9th, 2021, at their regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the Oakley City Council held a public hearing regarding proposed culinary water rates and meter connection fees. After the completion of the public hearing, the Oakley City Council adopted the New Culinary Water Rates and meter Connection fees on June 9th, 2021. To view these resolutions in their entirety please visit www.oakleycity.com and select Culinary Water under the Public Works Department.
