CONSIDER ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FOR PETER & MEGAN STEAD FROM COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (C-C) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL R-1-18 AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5.
