Notice of Adoption of Ordinance Milford City Council adopted the following Ordinance in a regularly scheduled meeting held June 15, 2021: o Ordinance 1-2021 'Employment Requirements Regarding City Limit Boundaries' 2.10.085 Employment Requirements Regarding City Limit Boundaries All elected officials, appointed officers, permanent and/or benefitted employees of the City of Milford shall reside in the city limits. The following positions are defined as permanent and/or benefitted: City Administrator, City Recorder, Administrative Assistant, Foreman, Leadman, Crew Operators. If at any time during their term of office and/or employment, they move outside city limits, his/her office/position shall thereby become vacant. This provision shall be excluded from and does not pertain to the following; however, these employees must reside in Beaver County: 1. Seasonal Crew Members 2. Janitorial 3. Airport Operator 4. Golf Course 5. Crossing Guards 6. Recreation Director 7. Concession Stand Operators 8. Municipal Pool 9. Municipal Public Library Said ordinance is available for public inspection or copies may be purchased during normal business hours at the Milford City Offices, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah.
