MIDVALE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council will be considering a request from Jacob Ballstaedt, Garbett Homes, for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for The Mill Phase 1 project located at 236-264 E 8000 S. This is the first phase of the Midvale Mills project approved by the City Council in April 2021. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting in-person or view the meeting at www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
