NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their regular meeting on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Amendments Adopting the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022) Amendments to City Code Title 10-5-32 and 10-2-1 related to park strips and landscaping in residential zones Amendments to City Code Title 10 Chapters 2, 4 and 6 related to driveways Final Plat approval for Lakeshore Trails Subdivision Plat D Preliminary Plan approval for Shiny Shell Car Wash located at 10002 North 4800 West in the SC-1 Commercial Zone Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
