Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday July 20, 2021 at 4:00 pm a public hearing will be held in room 303, Commission Chambers, Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, before the Davis County Commission to accept public comments on the following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program: - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); - Davis County 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan; - Annual Action Plan Program Year 2021-2022 funding recommendations. Prior to approving any budget recommendations on the Consolidated Plan 2021-2025 or funding recommendations on the Annual Plan 2021-2020, the County Commission will consider and review all public comments. Notice of Public Comment Comments may be submitted during the 30-day period prior to the hearing. A copy of the Consolidated Plan can be accessed by the public at the website: https://www.daviscountyutah.gov/ced/grant-programs. A copy can be found at the Community & Economic Development (CED) offices, Suite 304, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah; June 18th thru July 20th from 9 am-5pm. Any and all comments on the above referenced matter will be accepted by the CED office by phone, (801) 451-3495 or emailed to cdbg@daviscountyutah.gov. Comments must be submitted by July 20, 2021.
